tensioner

Had this FE450 for a month or so with 220 hours on it, and on startup, there is camchain slap that takes a minute or so to clear whilst the auto hydraulic adjuster pumps up. I'm told a manual adjuster is the way to go? If so, where can I get one?

I have a rattly cam chain and it appears to be the tensioner. I came across the Dirt Tricks tensioner and wanted to ask if this is the answer? I'm not interested in a manual tensioner and wanted to retain the hydraulic tensioner but one which works. Thanks
