I have just fitted a brand new PHM 40 Dellorto carb to my Husaberg FC600 its exactly the same model that was on there previously, what i need to find out is, can i just fire it up and adjust the carb as i go??? :?:

Hello. I had to put apart a carburettor (Dellorto) of my 2001 FS650e. Unfortunately, I have lost my notes about idling and mixture screw settings. Does anybody know the approximate settings (how many turns)? I think that mixture screw is around one turn, or so. Thanks for your help...

Counter balancer slightly out? Vibrates abit at high revs not sure if it is normal or not cause i have changed gearing straight after rebuild? Went from 16/45 to 15/45.

Hi, These seem to be the standard setting: > 2002 FE 140mm > 2002 FC/FS 100mm > 2003 FC 90mm > 2003 FE/FS 110mm > 2004 FC 100mm > 2004 FE/FS 110mm > 2005 FC 95mm > 2005 FE/FS 110mm What are you running? If I not totally have lost my mind, I use 112mm in my -02.
