Hi all, I've acquired a 2005 FE450 in large lumps, seems mostly good. Think it was taken apart pretty much for a clean and service before the last owner lost interest. Plan is to assemble it, do just one enduro and then strip/rebuild the engine fully over the winter. The engine oil wasn't...

So, going in again to change the pump seal and have a question about how deep to send it into the cover. Do I need to only drive the seal until it's flush with the cover, or until it seats against the oil seal? Last time I did this, via 3 seals later, I managed to seat the seal flush with...

    Fuel line quick disconnect 570

Hello all, I bought a used FE570 and I found a bit on the bike that looks a bit strange to me. Just beneath the tank is a fuel filter covered in aluminium foil to reflect heat. The place for this filter is just weird (above cylinder), seems to me that this would not be ideal for the fuel, to...

    Quick release skid plate

Does anyone offer a quick release skid plate. As the stock '11' is held on with one bolt and the rear hooks over the rear lower frame cross member I consider it to be quick release. I'd like one like this that has wider ears towards the front. Anyone make one???? Thanks !
