I would like to replace a possible slipping spraque clutch. Do I replace only the free wheel inside the freewheel gear or do I have to replace the freewheel gear as well?

Just wondering if the spreading of a crank contributes to the main bearing issues. This can't be good for the bearings. I think the extra spacing of the main bearings due to the width of the balancer must allow some crank flexing and spreading. How many of you engine repair guys actually...
