muffler

Will a 2000 501 muffler fit a 1999 FS600E? It appears that other than the 501 mufler will fit, however it is oval shaped and not round. I was told by a dealership that it would fit. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I'm thinking about buying a new '09 FE450 and the muffler looks the same as the one from the '08-'09 KTM450. Anyone know if the KTM aftermarket units will fit the '09 Berg? I'd like to get a Titanium unit for it since I'm guessing they're heavy like the OEM KTM unit.

I installed my FMF Titanium pipe (from my KTM) on my 2008 FE550e Husaberg. i took it off my KTM 450 exc just to see if it would fit, and it fit perfectly. up until now, i've only seen Akrapovic pipes on Husabergs.

i have the mile long 02 muffler (fx470). anybody know of or have the shorter version for sale?

:D Just got two prototype mufflers to try this weekend! 17" in lenght one is 1 3/4 inch inside diameter, the other is 2" inside diameter they are very nice, blue end cap, sparkarrestor that is removable screen type narrow as well to clear rear tire I will show picks later!!!

After my bike's maiden voyage yesterday, I noticed the muffler had severe rubbige marks from the tire. I'm getting ready to space out the muffler, has anyone else done this? Can it be totallt eliminated?
