I just bought a 2010 FE570 that did not come with a headlight, so I purchased one. Plugged it into the headlight socket, started my bike and NO LIGHTS. Do I need to now buy a handlebar switch to get my new headlight to work? Or, is there a way to hotwire the harness so that the light stays...

Smashed my headlight recently and have found that a new one will cost £72...too much to possibly do the same to next time out. Has anyone a source for a cheaper alternative...other than the £15 ktm styles on ebay.

2010 FE570 came with a number plate. Can someone tell me which plug is for the OEM headlights? And is there a high-low on the FE?
