Hi, Does anyone know where I can get the E-Line Accessories carbon fibre Hearder Guard in the UK. Or will I have to order direct from the manufacturer. Or the Meca System carbon header guard it seems to be a similar product. I'm fed up burning holes in my trousers.

My header pipe touches the rear spring on my 09 570. I've tried twisting the header at the join and spacing the muffler, but it still touches. The dealer told me that they all do it and it is not a problem. It only just touches, but it shouldn't.

You can see oil residue down the front of the cylinder, and a bubble of oil on the right exhaust port header as it comes out of the cylinder. What do you make of this? I tried turning the nut but it was already tight.

Well I am finally able to put a few hours on the new FS650 and I have a fairly pronounced exhaust leak out of the lower header to collector connection - is this a common issue? If not, do I assume the bike was hit in transit and the exhaust has been bent... Comments please. Cheers...

I have a full tapered Ti FP exhaust (2003 I believe) and the shortest of the header pipes have cracked I am after a replacement (just the headers) if anyones got some for sale ? I don't know if the stainless steel ones will fit my Ti mid section ? Lloyd
