Took me ages to craft this baby. I'm thinking of starting up a business making them. Should be able to offer them up for less than $200 (AUD). To give me some idea of market strength, please tell me how much you want one.

like the subj says - my old chain wear guard is toast - where to get a new one? can I use a generic equivilant from a honda-suzuki-kawa something or other? or do I need to visit the local dealer? anyone got a part #?

Riding in the PNW where we acutally use first gear and often gear our bikes down, we tend to use up lots of swingarm guards (the plastic guide that bolts to the swingarm and protects it from the chain). Running a 12T front sprocket on my TM125 resulted in new guards about every 500 miles or so...

How does one install the Boss rad guard? Mine are the slimmer one. Of the two horizontal mounts which hold the louvers and the tank shrouds at the same time, one is longer by an inch. The diameter is too large for it to go all the way through the top holes of the guard. Am I supposed to drill...

I need some help finding both the radiator guard (plastic or alloy) and a rad guard to protect in the event of a crash like the Devol guards! Do KTM guards work? I've searched, but have not realy found any that bolt on to my new monster! Any links would be awesome! By the way this new 650 rocks...

I saw an 04 450 today with the water pump cover broken. I think I want a few of those guards. Any idea who sells them? I had heard Dave Clark Racing has them in the UK. Anybody have any input or perhaps a web address? The guy with the 450 says he has a KTM 450EXE and prefers the Berg.
