gas

Hello Everyone, A while back I found a few photos of a aluminum gas tank that was built on a mid to late 90's 501? Has anyone seen these before? I am looking to build one for my bike and need some ideas...

Went to fill her for the first time, squeezed the trigger while watching the pump and ended up spraying gas all over my self. Hands, crotch, pants and bike. :( I guess thats why on the 06's the filler is a bit to the right?

These tanks had disappeared for a long time. I had never seen them on the Acerbis site but was going through it and there they were. They work real good . The .8 gallon is fairly slim, the 1.3 gallon is kinda big but if you need the capacity.......... I going to try and get a new .8 gallon...

I have an extra of the under seat .75 gallon gas tanks and someone who is interested in it wants to know if it will fit a year 2000 'berg. I know engines and plastic changed from 2000 to 2001 but I don't know if the frames did. Does anyone know if the tank will fit? Greg
