I think if you made sure there was allways 60 psi oil pressure, perhaps a baffle and labrynth or something in the gearbox would help like the road bikes. that hayabusa in my gallery has a swinging pickup on the oil pump and a deadman wrist strap.
you could also up the flow to the BE by running an oil line from the CB jet to the pin centre welsh plug.
a cheaper way to go (perhaps) would be a Ti 19 rod with hardened steel insert for the bigend wear surface.
there are also 2 piece big end rollers you could use with a split big end and a one peice crank. tey are used in some 6 cylinder high HP 2 stroke outboards.
