Water leak from Weep Hole

Try spraying carb cleaner through the weephole from the cam side and see if it leaks into the water side where the water comes up to the waterpump.
 
If the carb spray leeks through a hole corroded thru to the water jacket the water can leek through to the weephole channel and out of the motor. To do this you will have to remove the rocker cover. Then remove the seal carrier to reveal the hole that is connected to the weep hole. Next use the small nozzel that comes with the spray carb cleaner and spray slowly into the small hole and observe if it is comming out of the water jacket just under where the water pump impeller rides.Some will come out of the weephole so you might try holding your finger over that.Let us know. Tried spraying carb cleaner through the weephole from the cam side,and no leaks came through the other side,that all seems ok.
 
If it is not leaking thru the head casting or the seals and the O rings then you truly have a problem. It has to be one of those three. Did you use silicone on the O rings,If you did not remove the O rings and put silicone in the O ring groves and install the O rings back in their groves and some more silicone over the O rings and install in motor wait a day for the sealer to dry then install water and try it. That is assuming that you inspected the seal housing for any nicks
 
No, still leaking put a new cam in with new black seals (inner ones with springs); the only other thing I am going to try is change the seals to a different type, looking at how the black seals fit I think it could fit tighter on the cam, I spoke with Dan from Motoxotica and he is sending me a different type.
