Does anyone know where I can get a custom made helmet visor. All the new helmets come with visors that made for the street. I like the old ones from about 20 years ago or older. What would be nice is to get one like Malcolm Smith had in the film On Any Sunday. Greatest Motorcycle film to date by the way!!! Dare You to watch it and not want to go Riding......

Don't want to drill into my helmet to make them work. I was thinking of some place that could make one from scratch that would fix a modern helmet? But You were close plumbob. Thanks

I've just got one of the new Bell Moto 3's as i prefer them to the new style of helmets.
I couldn't afford one thirty years ago.

what kind of weirdo helmet do you wear, rainerio?

I had a moto 3 a long time ago. I looked like Marvin the Martian with it on. Good helmet though went off at 50 mph and I'm still live. Helmet visors today don't block the Sun well from the side. Old man eyes you know. I have a Arai had to modify the visor to point down more.... all helmets today for Me point up to much and not much protection on the sides from the Sun. Plumbob You got Me thinking about the moto 3 again. And thank you for the weirdo comment ned37

instead of goggles, wear your oldperson cataract sun glasses

oh yeah, forgot that.
back in the day i thought i'd be ahead of the competition by wearing polaroid shaded lenses in my goggles to see the rocks in the river crossings. worked great until i got to the forested part of the race and couldn't see. so i guess you're smarter than me.

No I hit a head size rock coming out of a shaded area in to the sun at about 50 mph didn't see it till it was to late. Fractured a bone in my back. 3 months later I was riding again but with permanent itch there. So much for being smarter but I am a lot Wiser.

Take the factory visor off and take it to a auto cad expert with a 3D printer :)

Speaking of Bell

Bell Moto3 Best ever lol. I wore one for years until my last one had a hairline fracture in the jaw and saved my life. I hit around 80 head/face first and shattered the jaw. 160 stiches inside my mouth and four days reconstructive surgery. The surgeon said the defect saved me from breaking my neck. Saved my life. Thanks again Bell :)

What's a autocad expert? Found it. Now trying to find one? And thanks FE350
