Looks like I may need to fund a rebuild, so maybe time to part with some spares I've got in the garage! Got a swingarm (should fit all models up to 08), complete clutch master cylinder/hose/slave from an 06 650, various wheels (SM and off road). I'll have a dig around and see what else I can bear to part with. Let me know if you want pics of anything.

I've got a KTM SX one somewhere - don't know if that would be the same?

I think the SX and the 'berg FC are identical but the keyway is in the wrong position, I looked at getting the keyway cut when my FC broke, told by my engineer mate that it was no prob if you knew where to cut it. I'm sorted now but may be an affordable option seeing that used KTM rotors are not as rare as FC ones!
The FC really let's the motor spin by the way!

Good info to try and remember! Ideal scenario would be to get hold of an FC one to compare/use as template for cutting the keyway then

oh I have one or two of them here. if you find someone who has the ability to do the two accurately then i will throw mine in too! job would be cheaper I hope.

I've got a complete 02 FC550 lump here - I take it the flywheel is different to later models....?
