Anybody by chance having the dimensions for the groove in the valve? I have ground cutters for making my own valves out of blanks, but now I need a titanium valve manufacturer to do it for me. OR, if anybode knows which valve manufacturer (Kibblewhite, Xceldyne, Ferrea, DelWest, Manley) that has been producing valves for Husaberg, I can contact them?

Yes, for sure. But I ground the cutters to fit the groove. Now I need the actual dimensions to tell the valve manufacturer. I could measure the groove and the cutter, but I would prefer the design dimensions from the drawing. Jens is a busy man...

i have a diagram from a company in germany here (hardcopy) it's from a company called grosswochter. says the single groove should be 2mm wide and 4.8mm diameter compared to the valve which is 6mm.

to get the correct groove height you should-as a racer-stick the valve in the head and then measure first.

1. Thanks Taffy  , that is sufficient to calculate the radius of the groove (R1,13)
2. Thanks for the tip!
