hwy people please help me if ya can .....i've just bought a berg 400 fe and i can't get it to tick over i've tried everything :cry: :cry: the mixture screw and the tick over screw don't seem to do anything any ideas??????? :?: :?: :?: :?:
 
If its been sitting awhile take the carb off and thoroughly clean it. Is it getting spark?
 
Stripping and cleaning the carb really is the way to go.

Quick fix might be stuck choke slide. Happened to me..........

Should have stuck around the lounge a bit longer today, I had just posted how to set the ps and you left before I could post.

So, first of all let's clarify. Does the bike run? Are you just having a hard time starting it hot, cold, or both?

Let's start with those questions and we will whittle it down and get you sorted.

it runs fine but it is hard to start when its cold when its warmed up its not to bad .... had the carb off it's all clean i just can't get it to tick over :cry: :cry: :cry:
