Starting problems!

go look in the doc for how to do your ignition timing. you'll need to remark the flywheel and then to strobe the ignition to get the timing right. you then need to refresh your carb. I do a kit for £60.

IMHO if you do these two you'll have 70% of it covered.

I have an 400 -00 and my jetting is.
Main jet 210
PJ 35
SJ 45
Needle K51
Needle jet DR272
Air mixture screw 1,5 out

Is the small oring ok? (the mixture screw oring)

Well mine jetting is:
  • Main jet 180
    Pilot jet 42
    Start jet 45
    Float needle jet 300

Bike run perfectly on summer but on winter the pilot jet is too smal, so i changed it to 48 and now the bike is running super smoooth! 8)
