The supermoto saga continues!

My rear sprocket is stuck!

I've tried Allen keys, minced a few and now holes are deforming.

Tried putting on a spanner , nuts are all deforming.

If I grind the Allen bolt heads away will the rest come off or are the wheels threaded?

Never ending this!

The tapered nuts holding the sprocket on are designed the same as the tapered shaft that holds on a flywheel .As the nut is tightened the fit becomes very secure.
The nut releases the sprocket ,the allen key is used only to hold the tapered bolt as it comes free.Only try to turn the nut behind the sprocket.
If the nut will not turn then it is probably glued on with a locking agent.
Apply some heat with your heat gun to free the locking agent and it should then turn out.

A tip given to me if the Allens heads were rounded was to knock a Torx head in. It worked for me, could you file a flat either side of the round head and clamp with Mole grips?

As mentioned previously, try heat and a proper fitting spanner/wrench on the nuts. (13mm if I'm not mistaken)
The hex in the fastener is ONLY to prevent the fastener from spinner when tightening the nut and will strip out easily.

If worse comes to worse, you can drill out the fasteners. Start with a small drill and work up to the point the nuts come loose. If that still doesn't work, get a 12mm drill and carefully drill the head of the fastener till it pops off.
the rest will come out with the nut attached.
