I just purchased a 1992 Husaberg 501 for $300US at a garage sale. It runs but needs a little work. Is it worth keeping or should I try to make a couple of bucks and ge out of it. Thanks in advance.

WVTitan,

$300!!!! 8O You can't pay the electric bill in Arizona for that little bit of $$$! If it runs and you like to get out and ride, than there is no question to whether you should keep the bike. I don't know what needs attention on your great heap of fortune but at worst you will have the best, most sought after paper weight on the planet.... Keep the bike and and put a little TLC into it and you will have yourself one of the best forms of pleasure around. Not only do you have yourself a piece of motorcycle engineering history but in a few years you will have yourself a pretty nice vintage bike to start a collection with all for only three snaps!!! Just my 2 cents worth

Congratulations,

Keep it , you will love it , at times you will hate it

but for 300bucks !! it costs me more than that for a pair of tyres

Mitch.

WV,

Mine cost me $200, didn't run. I am BEYOND happy that I kept it.

Hope you are ready for the addiction!!!!
