Rear slides all over the place

Does anyone know the cause of action from here?

Set the clicks on the dampers.
The standard settings offers way to little damping and riding get flimsy imho. I have the KTM 450EXC -14 which is pretty much identical minus the forks, I am the same weight as you.
I set the clicks to:

Rear:
comp 15 out
rebound: 7 out

Fork:
comp 15 out
rebound 10 out

Suits my riding fine and just meant as an idea that you may try :)

How does it feel to ride now?

These bikes have unusually long rear suspension travel, 335mm. A rule of thumb for rear race sag is around 1/3rd of travel - 111mm in this case. If it feels flighty then I'd consider dropping the rear down further. There are no hard and fast rules for sag! Just what works. (On my DRZ I've taken the race sag down to like 40% of travel. It's fine.)

How is the setup of the front forks in the clamps? High or low?

I've got the forks set to the bottom line as I tried having them higher and it seems the bottom line works best for me.

Wait so is the front of the bike high? Or low? Low, right? This is so confusing :) Sometimes people say the forks are high when I see the bike as being low :)

It all fits together. If you've dropped the front down, and have raised the rear high, then the bike will have very quick steering (probably too flighty).

I'm seconding TomTom, and then I'd definitely take race sag down to 115mm. It will stabilize the bike, and feel less kicked-up in the rear. I'd ride it. Then I'd try raising the front a bit, even only 2-3mm and ride it a little like that - you'll feel the difference, and it's very subtle and very obvious at the same time :)

forget bike sag just find out the race sag, find the free on the bench length of the spring and what the spring length is with the raer wheel off the ground.

100mm rider sag we know

so what is the free length of the spring? (usually 250 or 260mm)
what is the compressed length of the spring with the wheels off the ground? just stick a tap measure in there.
