ok i'm trying to take the ports right out. running 37mm inlets and running outta space. if you've ported one that far you'll know what i'm running into.
please PM me if you can help overcome the obstacles.
looking for guidance on:
welding as reinforcement
guide support
ovality (if it's necassary)
valve cut angles (unofficial version!)
two things folks can help me with:
1) where can i get the inlet ports soft shot peened afterwards for that OEM finish
2) is there a better inlet rubber than the pre '04 OEMs???
i've done 10-15 heads over the years so i know my stuff quite well. however there are pitfalls here.
