wow, clever stuff! I have just purchased an fs 650e 2002 model which requires gearbox attention and is running very rich so I am going to split the cases eitherway for a rebuild, all this info is much appreciated!, Am I right in thinking that the oil feed hole in the picture that you are drilling is smaller so you are making it bigger? or are you drilling a complete new hole? just trying to gather as much information as much information as possible before stripping it down, I'm currently building my 2004 450 back up but as soon as that's done I will start the 650
