I have done the green list above and everything seems to be ok. I have checked the orange kill switch wire, but van i disconnect it to make sure that is not the problem?

Have you tried a new spark plug?

Pull the plug hook it up to plug wire ground the plug and look for spark. then put a new plug and try the same. If no spark and the stator checked out ok, most likely will be the coil module.

I have tried with both a new plug and a new plug cap.

Would like to thank sparks for testing my stator and then rewind it. Its now sparking, and i can't wait to see if my bike starts! I would definetly recomend this guy

Many thanks for that Hauge, I like to think I do my best. Can't believe how many of these buggers I've rewound over the years but it's a lot.
