New headgasket, leaking all over, is it screwed?

the factory had a figure up to 2003 i think and then in 2004 46 pounds foot became the norm. in the meantime dale L had been using 46 foot pounds all along so he was the daddy and the advice was good then and it's good now...

Thanks for the input guys. Waiting on a ring compressor. One thing I dont have. 1/4 tq wrench would be nice.
