Ray and Brenda are two snowbirds retired to florida. One day Ray is passing a store and spies a pair of the snazziest silver tooled black cowboy boots, something he has wished for all his life. They are on sale and he buys them on a whim. Strutting into the apartment like a rooster on viagra he says "Well Brenda, notice anything different"... She eyes him for a moment and returns to the game show, "Nope". More that a little peeved Ray strips down to his cowboy boots and tries again. "Notice anything different this time?" She looks him up and down and returns to the game show, "Nope, its hanging down today, it was hanging down yesterday, and it'll be hanging down tomorrow" Totally exasperated Ray says "Well just maybe its hanging down cos its admiring my new boots". Without looking round Brenda mutters "Should've bought a new hat Ray, should've bought a new hat"
