Gazza, my racing budget for 2007 is already compromised but for 2008 sounds a good idea. I read some articles from that race and it looks like brazilian Rally dos Sertoes www.dunas.com.br
I will be racing at ISDE but not on a Husaberg. I will do class E1 with a KTM 250F. That part of Chile is located at beach front area so you can expect a lot of sand and rocky trails. My team will drive from Brazil (1600 mi) to Chile and have a structure for the race. I booked the hotel La Serena and the best way is to fly to Santiago and hire a van for the 3hrs drive to La Serena. For more info www.isde2007.cl
