Very true. It's very strange when you jump between "I can almost understand them" to "what sounds are they producing"?
I want to go back to Iceland one day as I really enjoyed it the last time. Love the friendly no bs attitude from the locals.

Whilst we're not specifically talking Berg, do any of you Scandanadian folk know anything much about 'Formula Offroad' ? Ever been to it?

Apparently it is big over your way. I want to visit Scandanavia one day and I'd like to go watch it! From what I've seen, you live in a beautiful part of the world. Really clean and impressive

Youre nuts in the best way possible mate!
Edit: re language, I tried listening to icelandic watching a nature documentary and its a mix of non understandable combined with exact same as swedish, interesting!

So that's non-understandable and non-understandable to me then:p

I have to keep reminding myself i'm reading your second or third language.

P.S. Was there a minimum order to get free delivery from the old pizza house Tourist?

I went when I was a kid - I was mesmerized!!! Very strong atmosphere at the events. It's so crazy.

Those cars are actually quite a bit like the classic Husabergs, in a way. Raw pltaform, biiiiiiiig motors - mostly tuned American V8's afaik - in a lightweight chassis, with suspension.

The lighthouse pizza was take-out only :) It had puffin flesh on it. Seriously.

The husaberg is for ice and hill, and I got the KTM for the rest.

I never really thought of it that way but yeah, your right. Great recipe for fun in the dirt ....

Those hill climbs look fun Tom Tom :D

As long as them pirates up there get along with dirt bike riders, everything should be ok ;)

Hit me up if you're ever over here! I'll probably have a bike for you!

My hope is to bring my own bike as I would love to ride around your island on it. If I do I will try to contact you :)

For you guys that don't understand why to go to Iceland, this shows a bit how it can be:
