So I have heard, that a few of the ghost frames got through. Seems like technical stuff is not very interesting and no one really cares. I guess if you don't tell that it is something else than a Husaberg frame they will not detect it since it looks a lot like the real thing. You could also lie and say it is a Husaberg frame and they would probably buy the lie. Or you can tell it is an aftermarket frame and with some luck they do not understand or do not care, or both. Bribery might work too.
People have been racing too loud pipes for years and the makers of them are still around. I read something in a newspaper, was it Belgium(?) that had about 180 motocross courses just a few years ago but most of them are now closed since people were using too loud pipes, louder than the permissions allowed. Only 8 of those courses are still around or something like that... Is that an issue? Probably not for most people, they are just happy not having to listen to the racket from the motocross courses.
I have been using a breather tube from Royal Enfield and it is not routing the blow by to the intake to get combusted. Probably totally illegal, but NO ONE CARES. It spews the blow by hydrocarbons right out to the atmosphere where it causes global warming and in the long run that in turn causes flooding of the continents etc. Not to mention what it does to the ozone hole. Thinking of it, I am not such a good guy either...
Suppose that is what rules are for... breaking them as long as you can get away with it.
