Since KTM bought Husaberg, are the 'bergs still made in Sweden? If the bergs are now produced in Austria, what are the people in Sweden doing now? I thought I saw somewhere that KTM will eventually discontinue the Husabergs. Will another top-notch bike that starts with "HUS" come out of Sweden?

Manufacturing is now in Austria, correct. In fact many of the 2004's have KTM part numbers. Just the manufacturing closed in Sweden not the design/development group.

Highland is for now the only bike that is made in sweden

:)
The only work that is situated in Sweden is the competition dept. As I've been informed all the bikes are made in Austria, and this group detains a small percentage of the capital of Husaberg. The bikes are the same of the main production, "well" with some ""little"" changes made in Swede by Gustavsson and Roland.
:p :p
