Kurts78 lets keep this thread going for a while and as time and goes on some 390 specifics should emerge, cause Im the same weight and height and tuning my 390 suspension currently .There is alot of advice in the owners doc on suspension tuning and that is invaluable if you work through it and take the time.
Firstly (this site has some very expert poeple on suspension and they might jump in if Im wrong) the suspension needs to stretch its legs so put 10 hours on the bike before you get to worried about your settings .When you first ride the bike it feels like crap compared to after it is set up. The difference being the forks deflect off big stones and roots, the suspension does less work, you do more .The effect that you are after is the bike travels through the terrian, the suspension does all the travel and work and you feel like your gliding, but the shock and forks are going for it in unison.
Next you have to evaluate your preffered riding slye. If your on the 390 your probably not an enduro racer or you'd be on the FX 450, so if an expert rider and doing big jumps you want better stiffer settings( the 390s not really the bike for jumping) if your just single trail and technical stuff you can tune the bike for comfort and tractability. Thats were I'm at. Check your spring size here they come in 72-250 from the dealer. This is designed for an a rider optiomally up to 85 kgs you are 95 kg if you are 210 pounds. But don't worry about that at this stage unless your racing.Set the forks as per the manual to the comfort setting and the shock. Don't worry about the rider sag (105 mm)at present ,set up the static sag to 35 mm . Do this first other wise you can get a bad bounce on steep down hill sections.

HI KURTS78 I have a FE 570 with 55 hours on it and weigh the same as you, I do not ride competitivley and have average skill so what it came with from the factory suits me fine. With a bit of dial in ( preload, clickers, fork height bar positioning) it will be sweet for trail riding IMHO.

I race enduro nationals (mostly in hard pack and rocky terrains) in A class.. I come from 2010 KTM 450 XCW with revalved race tech suspension and was a dream, with the berg 390 I feel the rear working LOW in the stroke, specially when I am climbing tight trails and when I am @ the MX track, some specialist are recommending me .48 in the front and 7.3kg to 9.1kg rear, my concern is that I ride the most in tight trails and rocky roads and some times in MX tracks and I don't want a harsh suspension, I like the most PLUSH but firm suspension..
