just read the symptoms:
bike suddenly died. after checking it i heard noise from the flywheel.
the stator screws got loose.i fixed that and after kickstarting for 35 minutes it started working fine. 5 km after it died again, i re started it easy and it was working very unstable at ling and when opened the throtlle it was dying.after restarting many times it stopped restarting!
the woodruff key of the flywheel was broken. i went to yamaha and bought a new woodruff key ( no husaberg dealer in my city and one yamaha model has exactly the same woodruff key), put it on but kept working only at idling.
then i checked the carb.the supporting clip of the needle was broken.
after cleaning the carb for about an hour(!) i changed the clip but it kept working the same.
