Yes, but HusaBE mention than the 12deg advance was using the original lines of the flywheel (don't know the one he was mentioning ?? there are 2), and we use the home made line of the real TDC. So we would have to clear this point to get to some conclusion.

So HusaBE when you say 12 deg of advance is static advance or using a strobe ? ( at idle seed probably ? because after idle the advance goes higher very fast) and also you considering witch original mark of the fly ?

Please correct me if I'm not thinking strait.

The original markings are always more to the left then the 0º TDC (some guys say 5º some say 8º, doesn't matter), but anyway if the original markings are to the left of the 0º marking, using any one of them as your reference, you are always advancing even more the ignition.

Am I thinking strait ??

Don't know how are you measuring it, but it's got to be a precise way.

We are talking about a few degrees.

Wiring

How does the wire into the original harness and stator I have no diagram or install info. Hooked it up how I thought it goes extra grey wire? Any info could help I have no spark.
