how to set the valves

what a £$%&* numpty. just rebuilt the top end, rocker followers and cam chain and went and set the vales at tdc on the exhaust stroke.
think i must have had a touch of the sun.
luckily only ran it for a 20 seconds have to strip it back down now to check it all again.
what a fool i am.
