Hello. New to the forum. I acquired a project buggy and the stock motor was swapped with a Husaberg motor. The project was about 85% done when I adopted it. I'm trying to rebuild the motor and will need to source some parts to get it back to healthy. The problem I'm having is that I cannot decode any of the info stamped on the block. I have found a few formulas but have yet to see anything like the numbers I have on mine. I'm hoping someone much smarter with these motors than I am (which isn't hard to do since I know next to nothing) can help me out with what bike it came out of (I never saw it as it was already installed into the buggy) and the year of the motor so I can try and track down some parts. I know it's a 600cc from the stamp on the block. I've added some links to imgur photos. Thanks for ANY info anyone can pass along!
