Help Husaberg 2010 fe 390 ? Damaged Shifter SHAFT

I broke the shifter screw off then fixed it with heally coil. Since then went through three shifters oem, Warp 9 and Hamerfist.

Would like to know if anyone else has had this problem.
I Think replacing shifter shaft would be a big job.

Any other brand of shifters that might help or workarounds?

Not a real big job, sidecover and clutch off, replace shaft, clutch and sidecover back on. New gasket and crank seal if you please.

Buy a new shift shaft, tried the same things you did. Finally gave up and found a good used one from a 2010 ktm 525/530 for about 30 dollars US. Replace shaft seal as Bergsl mentioned. May want to do it while changing your oil.
