Hey guys n gals..Well can't wait for the morning going to pick up husaberg fx 470:D enduro wheels and supermoto wheels best of both worlds! its been in the hands of dave clarke! so i know its not going to be a shed.. any thoughts on the fx 470? its a 2003..

Don't know the 470's but the dual set up was great fun on my 650, enjoy.

Would you be surprised to know that in US and in Canada we have many doubles even triples of the cities of the world. Mainly European ones. Bolton is just north-west of Toronto. Hey Taffy do you still have big bore kit 735? Valves 38mm?
 
we have the 38mm valves and 32mm exhaust valves too.

So can you do 38 mm if I ship my head to you? How about porting and polishing, can you do that too? And do you stil have 735 kits? You can send me pm or reply here.
 
well I'll say one thing 100% for sure and that is that one good man should do the lot. if you are doing it properly you are;
removing the valves and guides
porting the head
having the valve seats either replaced or recut
cut the new valve seats
port the head around the guides and seats
cut the valve seats if caught when porting
refit everything

we no longer polish ports as such

we don't do an overbore kit but we are working on a 700cc bore AND stroke kit. I'm not a big fan of it,
