Fitting decomp spring

Ye cheers for the offer of letting me ring you taffy ,eventually I will and more than likely wen I've saved some money up il bring the bike to you.cheers
 
The Huss has a auto decom on the inlet valves that opens exh valves +- 0.9mm just before TDC . The decomp is centrifugally operated and releases when running.
To check the decom turn the engine with valve caps off and you will see the exh valves
being pushed down just before TDC and then closing at TDC (Valve clearance TDC 0.12mm)
A rough guide is 90 deg turn back from when the tappet screw is finger tight.
Check on starter Sprague clutch slipping forum for advise on spinning free wheel hub.
