Dirt Tricks Cam chain tensioner instructions?

I have the Dirt Tricks unit and am happy with it. I installed it with the bike lying down as advised, and after some use, I pulled it out (with bike lying down) to ensure the unit wasnt fully extended - was all good. I did notice I shaved a piece off the rubber washer that goes on the unit, when I tightened it down - top of the CCT leaked a little oil, so I orderred another rubber washer and a spare for later if I check its extension again.

I was also worried about it being too tight because i thought it may have extended a bit when i put it in. All was good so i laided the bike way over this time to be sure. Simple install. Great fix. Noticeably quieter.
 
Tryed to order the DJH tesnioner but can't proceed to payment with paypal (outside us)
Than I filled in a contact file but no reply still want to buy one...:cool:

And what means: "Setting your motor to TDC"?
