My wife’s best friends parents both got it just before New Year last year. They both ended up in the hospital both in their 70s not over weight wife was a smoker she recovered . Her husband did not he died from covid, his son is a comedian and has a podcast the Pete and Sebastian show and he goes into detail about what happened in one of the podcasts. Yes 97% of people recover but if you pass it on to that 3% and it can be prevented wtf not get the shot. 97% of people don’t drink and drive but that 3% that kill and destroy people’s lives make a choice not to do the right thing it’s all about freedom of choice but some people don’t make good decisions.
