just watched an SM race on motors tv uk and it was a right laugh!
matt winstanley brakes for a hairpin and christian iddon left it so late he went between winstanley and the hairpin bend, carried on all the way out to the tyre wall. winstanley stands there forgetting to race glaring at the back of iddon's helmet and iddon runs the rim and takes the lead. matt then torpedoes him at the next bend after which iddon gets goping again and matt finishes the penultimate lap before cruising to the pits!
i'm sure he could have raced but i think his mind was on the punch bag in his motorhome.
later on in another race iddon goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy past the bend between winstanley and the hairpin again. this time winstanley goes on to win and on the run down lap pins iddon and machine against the tyre wall.
i have to report that it was a one way conversation...
