I bought a used Revloc from berger a couple of years ago and it ended up in tut's 650. It went right in and has worked perfectly. So I bought a new Revloc for my '06 Fe650 and it works perfectly too.
All I've done since installing it is to add a spring to adjust the release point up a bit (the release point is adjusted simply by altering the number of springs used on the pressure plate)and run semi-sythetic oil as per Revloc's suggestion.
I also run a left hand rear brake and eliminated the foot brake. This combination is flawless and is especially good in rocky technical terrain.
The Revloc is not cheap, but it works on the bigbore engines and will take a lot of abuse.

I can highly recommend the RevLoc for big bore bikes. I currently have over 24,000 troublefree miles on two RevLoc equipped bikes, i.e. my former '02 KTM 520 EXC and my current '04 525 (540) EXC. DO NOT use the standard Rekluse on 550 or 650 Bergs. Rekluse claims that the newer Pro model will work OK with the larger Bergs.

The EFM is cheap @ $500.00 and it will take abuse. I had one in a KX-500 for three years with no problems. I now have an EFM in my 550 and it works even better than the last one.
sorry but I think
auto clutch is a waste of time, come on, be honest, why in the world would you want a thing like that on a Husaberg made for racing, better buy a Honda monkey, that was on the 80´s.
The way you can transfer power to the wheel working with your left hand, on a hill or taking power going down, there is no way you can do that on a auto thing, Is not my intention to make any problem but The only way I can find a porpoise to a thing like that is someone with a physical problem a handicapped person that likes to ride in that case go ahead.

I think you still can keep your clutch lever with most of the autoclutches, depending on your riding techniques and requirements. Situations in which you want to rev higher and slip the clutch, or disengage the transmission when going downhill. I think most allow that, at least the EFM does from what I read in their FAQ.
Otherwise I know what you mean, you're supposed to have full control on your bike, but some of us stall a bit too much, although the Berg is not a lugger, and you need to attack pretty much everything (not exactly a bike you climb hills in first gear), we are not all pros. Sometimes you can find youself in the wrong gear, you hear a Clunk! and the engine dies. Restarting can be a pain.

Ok I understand, but is like buying a Porsche 911 turbo tiptronic!!!!! auchhhhhhh, I dont like it, but I got your point, and I am far away for being a Pro but I try to ride as good as I can everytime I go out to the woods!!!!!!!!!

I understand that you are not trying to start trouble, but I wonder if you have ever
ridden a modern race bike with an autoclutch. I do not know anyone who has put one on
thier bike and decided that they did not like it better. I am sure that there are some out
there who have but I have never met them. Everyone I know who has one says they will
not be without it ever again. I can promise you that even some of the top factory guys
use them and they just do not advertise it. As you mention about the porsche with a
tiptronic, I also think that is a waste, but on the other hand I do not consider a Ferrari
with paddle shifters to be a POS. Every body has there own opinions but I ride for fun
and the autoclutch makes it that much more fun. With the pro model I can ride just like I
do not have it installed if I choose. I doubt I will use the lever very often so I will most
likely remove it and run a left hand rear brake. I am sure this will excite you even more. I
do not care as I have a good sense of humor. If you want to buy me a handicap sticker I
will be glad to put it on my bike so everyone will know.

makes the really snotty technical stuff alot easier.
i rode the 07 550 and they are pretty nice.
it felt like it was easier to control than the 650 and
maybe wasnt as helpful.
i especially like to right hand brake on extreme downhills
and sliding into corners.

WOW like I said it was not my intention to hurt any way of thinking out there maybe for you is tuff, Like I said Is just my opinion, glad to know that for some out there is a good thing this auto clutch, for me is a NO trying.
