Hi mates,
Actually I'm riding the following original carb setting in my 1998 FE 600.
MJ- 195
NJ- DR 268
Needle- K51
N. Clip- #3
PJ- 40 8original is 35)
SJ- 45
Mixture Screw- 1&1/2 turns
Riding altitude is about 2000 ft.
I think this must be very conservative setting because I do not feel enough powerfully my bike from 3rd gear to top speed.
Also bike has backfired on closing throttle, that's the reason why I changed PJ from 35 to 40, but nothing change so much.
Any alternative setting better than this will be very welcome!!! Please help!!
