Hi, I'm driving a 2010 570 supermoto with a complete akra on it. Do i need another mapping for it or isn't it nessesairy? Thanks forward

No need for remapping, the bike adjust itself when you use it. Or if you want you could let it idle for 5min and it adjust itself. Remapping should be done when you make more tuning to the bike like porting the cylinderhead, or go for bigger intake etc.

I put my bike on the bench and he had only 52 rearwheelpk and thats a little bit low i think?A stockbike got +/-55rpk.The computer told us that he's got to much air?or to less fuel;

52 is ok if you only have Akra and no more tuning done. A stock 570 has around 49-50 rwh stock, if its much more its a dyno with a :D We have done much dyno testing and around 50rwh all 570 is stock. You can try open up the spoilers so it get more air into the filter if you want some extra easy hp.

Yup mathieux thats right.
You know me and you know the bench where i was with the bike.
What do you think?

By complete akra do you mean that you have the ti header with chamber, stock mid pipe, and akra muffler?

Are you running open core?

sounds like your dyno has a :(

As likewise I have tested a few 570's now on 2 different Dyno Dynamics dynos and they all come out at 55-56 rwhp consistently when stock with Akra slip on only.

Could be so.. the most important is to test on the same dyno if you looking to improve your hp numbers... then it doesn't matter if you have 60hp or 50hp stock, its how much improvement you can see on the dyno that matters. We so far have a 13hp gain from stock in my 570 and its more to come :)

Thats wright that the horsepower doesn't matters but what about the bad air-fuel combination thats what matters me?

agreed

great thats a 26% increase 8O

what have you done to get it ? and how reliable do you reckon it is ?

I don't think its to much air because if you for example do good mod to the spoilers you can gain around 2hp more so the bike don't get enough air. So your answer must be less fuel then. If so you should start to add around 2-3% at full throttle opening 8000rpm.

Modified cylinderhead, 44mm throttle body, completely full exhaust with power bomb and akra race silencer, no cylinder gasket, modified piston, 450map (10500rpm) remapped for 570. No problem with the bike so far, raced whole supermoto season.

how often do you pull the head off it ??

have you had any headgasket leakage into the water system and pressurising it ?

what head gasket do you use stock or different ? solid copper ??

still 565cc ?? have you tried a 610cc kit ??

slime
that must be a race weapon!!

What was yoyur start HP ??

and you gained 13 hp??

I have a look to your dyno sheet ,indeed way to poor and a wrong air fuel base line.
altough the second mapping ,I think agressive mode its the best one.
The bike is riding richer but still on the poor side.

When you can correct it,you must gain about HP,and stonger on bottom power.

Bike is standing also way overgeared, what is is your ratio?? I pressume it is much too tall.

Madero

Hello,
my ratio is 14 38 thats is the stock ratio. How do you now that its way too long?
I have now an other mapping for the bike i will see if this is better the next time on the bench.

i conferted the pc to other parameters ,which is also important to set up a bike, so I could concluded your gearing is long.

After re reading this thread I realized that it is no wonder your bike is running lean.

Looks as though you have dramatically increased compression through the elimination of the base gasket, "modified piston" (high compression?), modified the head (what did you do there? Increase compression? unshroud the valves?) increased throttle body size, and a better flowing exhaust system, and raised the rev ceiling to 10,500. It only stands to reason that you would need more fuel.

And speaking of fuel, what fuel are you running?

What do you think the compression ratio is?
