Does anyone know anywhere or any manufacturer still doing a system for the 390 , I've not been able to find one..though I found an fmf megabomb header on eBay is there a silencer that can be bought to work with it ? I'm after livening the bike up a little as I'm going to race it in a masters class (over 60s) hare and hounds series....maybe there's an ECU/ign available ?

there's onei know of that's still doing ANY system for the husaberg, let alone a 390.
So, you can do a downsweep exhaust like the dakar bikes , custom built through a street bike fabricator builder. Once that's done, get the Dobeck fuel programmer to connect into the stock ecu to richen up the fueling. This should wake up the 390 more towards the higher rpms.
