Our youngest son Ellis had a catastrophic accident riding his street bike on July 16. He is alive and fighting to recover.
We're not going to enjoy the sport anymore, and we've got a lot of medical bills to cover.
The bikes will need new homes.
I've got an exceptional Husaberg 70 degree collection including;
- Mike Lafferty's 2011 Factory Husaberg race bike (titled as an fx450, has a 570 engine, all factory Husaberg),
- a yellow frame 2012 Fe390 I bought in Australia, and imported to the US.
- one of the nicest FE570s in existence,
- a FX450,
all the bikes are in great shape, the FX450 has about 200 hours, the 570 and 390 about 50 hours.
and a lot of parts and gear, including a new in box sub frame tank and akropovic.
Not separating parts and gear yet, hoping to find a home for the collection.
All are tilted, plated and registered in Florida with minimal hours.
Struggling to find a way to part with these bikes I love.
My wife is encouraging me to keep one, but it may be time to concentrate on the boat
