hey guys doing a rebuild I ordered new rings that are 100mm,upon tearing it down I found piston # 37505-1 about 91.5mm.that match the sleeve.the parts fisch shows 100mm sleeve for this bike.what berg is this piston for so I can get the right rings for it.and why would someone do this.thanks

Sure its a 450? This piston is close to a older 400 at 92mm?

if someone has put the a older sleeve and piston in it.are they the same.do you think this bike ran like that.just got this bike not running.i bought a lot of parts to redo this bike all bearings seals and new ring.the bike had good compesssion and turned over before I tore it apart.

There was a 380 kit for the 450's that was popular and, I'm almost certain, would have used a smaller piston. I wonder if that's what you've got.

Just ran some quick numbers and it appears that, to get a 380 from a 450, the piston would have to drop to 92mm.
