I picked up this bike recently from a good friend. It is a legit California plated bike complete with the federal and California emissions stickers on the frame. It had the rare Edelbrock Quicksilver carb which I imagine was used by the factory to pass California emissions regulations since it also had a charcoal cannister that all fuel tank and carb vents connected to. I made a set of passenger peg mounts since my daughter showed interest in riding on back.

I've had an Edelbrock carb like this one in the past and they have a really poor float valve design where the needle gets jammed in the seat and the bike starves of fuel and leaves you stranded. So, I replaced it with a Keihin FCR41. For reliability and ease of tank removal, I made a small stainless crossover tube for the system that pumps fuel from the bottom of the tank on the right to the chamber on the left that feeds the carb. Here it is in-process.

Other than the above and some aftermarket LED turn indicators (and the requisite no-load flasher), it's basically stock which is fine since a stock 'Berg 600 was a real weapon.

I call this bike "Unicorn" due to the rarity of a California legal Husaberg.
