Any ideas, runs fine when cold but when it is warm it boggs on full throttle, like fuel starvation, not sure what it can be,any ideas, thanks

PLUG CAPS CRACK AND TRACK THE PORCELIN ON THE PLUG.HAD TO CHANGE A FEW NOW.REGARDS HTM

Ok dude just ordered new plug and cap so i guess start there, and see were we go with them replaced,it still has the stock map in which i believe is not that good anyway, can you confirm please.

Make sure the air vent in your gas cap is not plugged. I know first hand this is a common problem on carburated bikes so it can probably happen with FI also. In addition, make sure your fuel filters are not clogged.

+1 on this one

Another off the wall thing to check is the fuel pump mount. I took a fall on mine (09 FE450) and the fuel pump detached from the mount and was floating around in the tank. Full throttle, fuel would shift, pump would lose suction, bog would happen. Harder to verify, but if you have taken any spills, it could be an issue. If it still does it with a full tank of gas, then its probably not the problem.

Great comments thanks guys, yes i have fallen off, quite a lot really, duel filters i dont think as bike only has 14hrs on it,and somebody else did mention track side this week to the tank vacuming and to take breather off as bsall bearing may have dropped out,so not venting, will let you know my findings cheers.
