I have been rebuilding a 2005 FS650E and I am pretty certain all the parts are the same. There is a possibility that the FS650C ran titanium valves because I remember seeing this somewhere in the 450. But there will be someone out there that knows.

does anyone know if heads or cams are different for example a little more lift or duration on the cam and ports bigger/flowed better and/or 'better combustion chamber'

I cant believe this post started with somebody wanting more from his 650 FE, he must be a gun pro rider ???. The FS and FE are very similar some of the track FS had the FC smaller/lighter flywheel and ignition and maybe another CDI unit with a different map. Shock and forks were shorter forks were stiffer and either 4 or 6 piston Beringer front caliper with an oversised front disc plus a wider swingarm to a accomodate a 160x17 tyre.
