I've seen several times people advertising an 06 Husaberg for sale.
But the frame is blue with 05 plastics. So I have mentioned a time or 2 the 06 has a black frame. Sometimes they dont want to talk anymore. Sometimes they insist its an 06.
Now I could be wrong, but im pretty sure most people are not going to strip down their 06 to paint it blue and put 05 graphics on it.
And the other thing is If Im wrong about the frame someone please let me know that the 2006 Husabergs had both color frames and graphics.

I've seen a bunch of then too. They sold a lot of leftover 05's in 06. I bought an '05 FE650e in '06 and it came with and "update Kit" which was a new head pipe and kickstarter. I believe they said it updated it to an '06 specs, but hey, it's still an '05 with a blue frame and the silencer that rubbed the tire, which they fixed in '06. Untill it was uncrated, we didn't know it came with the street legal stuff on it either, which made plating a snap, just had to add blinkers and a horn. One of the funnest bikes I've owned.

Thanks for that little bit of history on them. I bought my 05 FE650 in 07 brand new. It was sold as an 05 which was completely fine with me.
Ca. Plated from the dealer.
 
i had an '05 450 bought from premier in phoenix with '06 plastic. liked it so well, i swapped the tank and seat with my '04 650. 650 in fore, 450 in back

I have 5 Husabergs 2 Husqvarnas going to pickup a Buell and now going to look at 650 Berg
Need another bike like I need a hole in my head!
