Hi Thomas

would explain the rotated shock reservoir for us please?

Hi.

This is done to pre-pair for dual exaust system, twin silencer and headers on ea side.
To get clearence the reservoar have to be turned 90dgr, and battery re-located.

Attached photo on the header right side.

ok, makes total sense now...how do you turn it?

Just cut it, but we dis-assemble complete first so we only have the upper housing.
Cut-adjust-weld.
Its just aluminium.

Used to do that, but i cant compete with the east europeans and asians anymore, i have some moulds left and on occasions i just make a piece or two.
There is a company in Prage(CZ) that makes most parts for the market at the moment, i sold some rear fenders to them but now they do it them self.

We are good at doing "one off" parts for show or expo, not to mass produce.

Carbon Fibre fairings

G'Day
I am very keen to find a source for carbon fibre fairings to suit my 1998 FE600E. I am resurrecting it with a complete rebuild. Any leads on this would be great.
Cheers.
